The Villa, inaugurated in 2017, combines the picturesque blue and white layout typical of Santa Maria with the comfort of modern times: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue make up the accommodation. The property also features Wi-Fi and private parking.
From here, you can set off to discover the northern coast's hiking trails and enjoy a unique sunset. At night, the stars guide you to the intermittent glow of São Miguel's lights - a sight not to be missed.

Excellent house in prime location - pure relaxation!!!
Spacious (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) modern, ideally equipped holiday home with great location, no disturbing neighbourhood. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed. Key handover and explanation/information about the house well organized. As there is no supermarket and no restaurant nearby, you have to drive at least 3.4 km to the nearest bar with attached grocery store. For good restaurants, e.g. in São Lourenço, a bit further. Also bathing (beaches) must be approached or agreed upon. But all this is not a problem and in our experience is quite a recovery.
